Head of Growth - Lomotif｜Meet.jobs

To be a successful in the role, we are looking for you to own the following tasks

• Driving and monitor user acquisition and retention for Lomotif across all market
• Spearhead digital strategy and innovation through the development  and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing programs
• Grow and improve performance marketing via customer acquisition funnel, facebook ads, display ads, google ad words, PPC, SEO/SEM and media buying
• Work closely with with engineering team (Data science, Product and Tech teams to improve and transform the marketing acquisition and attribution measurement process as well as to generate actionable insights that will drive our entire business strategy
• Create and manage an ROI driven investment optimization process ensuring we spend every dollar wisely to maximise return
• Focussing on boosting conversion rates and accelerating customer acquisition by testing and optimizing process
• Lead and manage a team of growth professionals

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience working within high growth/tech in a growth capacity
• Solid experience in regional role (US/Ind/BR) market
• Experience within Digital Transformation/ Change Management, Growth Hacking, Social Media/ Viral Marketing, Startup Experience, Customer Acquisition Funnel and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
• A commercial mindset with a proven record of delivering against performance targets
• You have good knowledge of Campaign Management Tools (eg. Hubspot), Content Management Tools (eg. Magento), Other and Web Analytics Tools (eg. Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management and analytical skills
