Minimum Qualifications

• >5 years in product management, experience managing multiple product teams
• Previous experience in building consumer/creator products in a product management role
• Previous experience working on multi-sided marketplace-style business model
• Strong understanding of creator and consumer ecosystem
• Agility & flexibility – as a dynamic, high growth company in a new and expanding market, the ability to think on one’s feet and adapt to changing circumstance is required
• Ownership – the desire to be accountable to metric-moving outcomes
• Communication & leadership – able to project your vision clearly and lead the company towards that vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion and expertise in the gaming or entertainment industry
• Exceptional solving and critical thinking, strong networking aptitude
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Responsibilities

• Building and delivering the vision, strategy and product roadmap for one of the most critical pieces of our Company: our creator platform
• Leading discussion and decision-making around our creator offerings, fans journey and potential revenue lines
• Working closely with cross-functional teams from engineering, design, data science and more

About the role

VP of product, you will be in-charge of building our Company’s creator platform, directly reporting to the group company’s CSO along with the CEO. Position will be based in Singapore/Jakarta.

What you will be working on and learning

·  Building out the infrastructure for our creator platform

·  Enhancing and optimizing products for both creators and fans

·  Implementing controls to prevent potential fraud and movement of Creator funds

·  Deep dive into the dynamics of the Creator ecosystem in SEA
