1. Lead budget planning activities, and strategically plan for cash flow.
2. Conduct financial analysis for forecasting and reporting purpose to suggest future business opportunities, and assist in business strategy planning.
3. Develop corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors.
4. Set up and maintain relevant management reports to provide timely reporting of monthly budget financials and operational information to management teams and investors.
5. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
6. Oversee daily operations of overall accounting process, ensure accurate monthly and year end closing are made.
7. Oversee all audit and internal control procedures to manage operational risks.
8. Development and implement new procedures or IT solutions to enhance workflow.
9. Responsible for coaching staff members to meet professional expectations in a proactive manner so that all staffs are empowered to accomplish their responsibilities with minimal day-to-day instruction.
10. Collaborate with other teams in the company to support overall company goals and objectives.

Must Have

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
2. 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting
4. Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
5. Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
6. Independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
7. Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and Google G-suite
8. Good command of English and Mandarin
