About the role:
With the launch in May 2020 of the Aspire Business Account, Aspire evolved from a pure player of lending to a full stack Neobank for SMEs. The product team focused on this launch almost exclusively for the past 12 months, quickly transforming an MVP into Singapore's #1 online business account. Today, close to 10,000 SMEs in Singapore have chosen Aspire, and gave us an NPS slightly above 70.
To further strengthen and differentiate our value proposition, we are now looking for an experienced product manager to drive the development of a suite of solutions facilitating the management of corporate expenses : employee expenses, bills payable, subscriptions management, spend analytics, budgets enforcements, payroll... and more ! :)
You'll own these products entirely - customer discovery, user testing, implementation, iterations,... - and be responsible for their success in terms of adoption, engagement, and monetization.
You will directly manage a product manager upon joining us, and as your scope is quite wide, you'll rapidly have to hire and manage a whole team of product managers. We're hence looking for candidates experienced with product, but also people management.
All product teams are composed of a product designer, an engineering manager and several engineers, including QA. You and your team will work closely with stakeholders beyond the product or engineering team - marketing, sales, operations, legal - and even outside of Aspire - strategic partners.
