Social Media Manager - Novelship｜Meet.jobs

Novelship is seeking an early to mid-career Social Media Manager to join our growing team located in Singapore.

In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of our Social Media Marketing efforts, excluding creative design and paid advertising. By joining our team you will be expected to plan our short/long-term social media marketing strategy, measure the effectiveness of the strategies you’ve deployed, and optimise for future growth.

Your primary goal will be to grow our social media presence across multiple external platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and executing our social media marketing strategy.
2. Measuring and optimising our social media marketing strategy.
3. Setting and maintaining our social media content calendar.
4. Managing our social media marketing efforts during intradepartmental marketing campaigns.
5. Creating new social media opportunities for us to grow our social media presence.
6. Researching and suggesting new social media platforms we can test and develop our presence on.
7. Managing our social media marketing budget.

Requirements:

1. Demonstrable experience growing a brand’s social media presence successfully.
2. Proficiency in social media copywriting/editing.
3. Proficiency in online community management.
4. Proficiency using a social media linking service such as Linkin.bio or Linktree.
5. Proficiency using Google Analytics.
6. Analytical, data-driven mentality.
7. Self-organised and capable of working autonomously.
8. Results driven, capable of setting and achieving company goals successfully.

Bonus Experience:

1. Experience planning and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
2. Experience successfully completing blue tick verification on Instagram.
3. Experience growing a company’s brand presence on Tik Tok.
4. Familiarity with the OKR (Objective - Key Result) business framework.
5. Experience using additional analytical tools such as Mixpanel, Google Firebase, or Tableau.
