    As a Senior Growth Marketing Associate, you will focus on driving growth for Poshmark as a company through building different views of performance data and ensuring the marketing team is on track to hit weekly goals. You’ll help create dashboards and reports that reveal key insights and have a major impact on Poshmark’s buyer, lister, and revenue growth. In your role, you must be ready to dig into data and hold team members accountable to spending marketing dollars efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily and weekly updates on country-level marketing performance
    • Proactive monitoring of metrics -- Be the first responder to weaknesses or underperformance in daily impressions, clicks, installs, user, buyer, seller, and revenue metrics on a daily and weekly level. Flag weakness in performance to channel owners and agree on a plan of action.
    • Leverage in-house reporting tools to build marketing performance reports in various segmentations (weekly, daily, or by item category, demographics, etc.)
    • Manage ad-hoc reporting requests

    6-Month Accomplishments:

    • Assist team members in developing weekly forecasts
    • Oversee monthly accruals for the growth team and work with Accounting & Growth Leads to ensure monthly spend is correctly entered in a timely manner. Identify and explain variance between reported numbers.
    • Own and maintain a set of marketing reports
    • Collaborate with team members to shift spend away from underperforming marketing channels and into more efficient channels
    • Be the point person on the growth team for help setting up marketing channels

    12+ Month Accomplishments:

    • Develop monthly forecasts on a country and segment level; align with growth managers on challenging but realistic growth KPIs
    • Brainstorm ways to troubleshoot performance issues through data
    • Create and own spreadsheet tools to enhance the budgeting and forecasting process

    Requirements:

    • BS/BA desired in Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in data-driven growth, marketing, user engagement, business consulting, or business operations positions, preferably in ecommerce, mobile gaming or at a consulting firm.
    • Experience building spreadsheets and visualizations for data analysis, forecasting, or modeling
    • Experience in a role with a heavy focus on data, competing metrics, and reporting a plus
    • Experience in ecommerce and web-based retail a plus
    • Strong experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. Must be able to apply and combine a variety of Excel functions to arrive at desired calculations.
    • Natural curiosity for data and marketing with strong analytical skills, including demonstrated ability of performing data analysis and problem solving on a deep level.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organized, and consistent with a hard working can-do attitude
    • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
