The Role

As a part of the product management team for CoolWallet, the Product Manager will focus on discovering new opportunities in blockchain technology and industry, providing new insights that drive one of the most popular hardware crypto wallets in the world to success.  

 

The Product Manager will mostly focus on the product development of Coolwallet and act as the product owner of the product. By providing new product insights and ideas that drive the growth of one of the most promising crypto startups in the world, which was nominated as the worldwide Blockchain 50 companies by CB Insights in 2020, the Product Analyst can seize an exciting opportunity to participate in an epic-changing industry and company which will define the market trends for the upcoming decades just like the internet did in the 90s.

Responsibilities

- Act as the product owner of Coolwallet and responsible for product design, planning, drafting PRD requirements and interactive documents, and designing product roadmap

- Manage product development process including managing backlogs, prioritizing user stories and tasks in sprints and writing user stories and tasks effectively

- Responsible for user feedback, product competition analysis, market research, and maintaining the product's competitive advantage

- Equipped with a user-focused mindset to understand users needs and pain points to develop requirements and product solutions through rigorous analysis

- Manage cross-functional and cross-department communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and completion of product milestones

- Support related business needs and achieves business goals with internal and external partners

Requirements

- 3+ years working experience with Internet or software products, has experience with independently product design and implementation of complicated business

- Good collaboration and communication ability, fast learner and perseverance

- Understand the fundamental and advanced knowledge of software development and equipped with the ability to execute related product development tasks

- Data analytical skills and mindset to be able to co-work with analysts to design product performance metrics and optimize them through a data driven approach

- Be passionate about product development and new technologies

- Strong logical thinking ability and excellent command of spoken and written English

- Good collaboration and communication ability, fast learner and perseverance

Extra plus

- Demonstrated knowledge in the blockchain product portfolio, services, and customer accounts

- Understand the technical details about how blockchain works

- Have experience programming and actually complete a product

- Highly organized and calendar-driven

- Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills
