DESCRIPTION
A day as an UI/UX
• Research, study and evaluation of the state of the art in terms of interface design and user experience;
• Requirements gathering and specification in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
• Definition of the conceptual architecture of a digital product;
• Visual design of complex systems and products for web and mobile environments, with a strong focus on human centered design;
• Low and Medium/High fidelity prototyping;
• Preparation of product and development support documentation;
• Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.

REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Design, New Communication Technologies, Multimedia or similar;
• Experience as a UI/UX Designer;
• English proficiency, written and spoken;
• Critical and logical thinking;
• Experience in tools/technologies like Figma/ Sketch; Photoshop; Illustrator.
• Experience Prototype Software tools like Protopie; Principle; Invision; Framer.
• Good visual taste in terms of layout, typography and visual hierarchy;
• Ability to adapt to multiple projects from different areas, platforms and requirements;
• Ability to follow visual and interaction patterns, specific to the project or the project platform (i.e. iOS Guidelines, styleguide of an ongoing project) always keeping the user experience consistent and intuitive;
• Experience as a UI/UX Designer;
