You'll be working on
- Collaborating with clients’ C-level executives and founders to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Leveraging our AI driven recruiting platform to source, manage pipeline activity, and maintain a great customer experience
- Onboarding customers and delivering our AI-enabled 'Virtual Recruiter' solution
- Ensuring customer success, retention, and helping to grow our customer base
- Engaging with customers and assessing talent/candidates, including a significant amount of account management duties
- Helping establish repeatable processes for our talent engagement, customer success operations, while fully leveraging the product/platform
- Providing feedback to the engineering/product team on features and product improvements
