Onramp Lab, US-based, is a fast-paced technology-driven marketing services company that is looking for full-time Customer Sales Representatives at our office near Taipei 101. Your job may entail generating sales, assisting customers, generating reports, processing transactions, problem resolution, and recommending new products or services

[What to look forward to]
- You should be willing to take a night shift schedule: (US working hours) from 9:00 pm – 5:00 am (8 hours shift).
- Answer live phone calls during your shift from different customers located in America. Good command of English is a must.
- Generate sales on a daily basis using tried and tested methods along with new sales strategies.
- Be willing to work as a team with a team of dedicated professionals.
- Recommend new products or services to each customer
- Listen to issues, empathize and solve customer issues

[Working Hour] 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (8 hours shift)
