Senior Java Developer - MonJa｜Meet.jobs

We are looking for an expert-level software engineer to enhance our existing product suite.   You will be responsible for several different server-side engines, data transformation processes and web-based application portals.   You will develop, maintain and extend scalable production systems, orchestrate data processing workflows, and integrate third party API services.  Your work will additionally include client interaction for daily operational issues and weekly project progress reviews.

An ideal candidate will have deep and broad experience in developing automated, high performance, scalable backend data infrastructure platforms as well as user-friendly, functional web portals.

Job Requirements

●        Expert level experience in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot

●        Extensive experience in front-end technologies (Angular, Bootstrap, Typescript, JHipster)

●        Extensive experience in cloud environments (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google) and container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)

●      Extensive experience in Java build technologies (Gradle, Maven)

●        Expertise in API integration with 3rd party rest services

●        Expertise in database design, implementation and maintenance (PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate)

●        Expertise in ETL and orchestration technologies, such as Apache Airflow

●        Experience in a client setting, communicating with clients about operational issues and project milestones

●        Experience with remote working in a team environment

●        Good communication with team members, clear expectation setting

●       Willingness to learn quickly about industry nomenclature and the financial investment process

●        Ability to acquire new skills quickly in order to meet new, complex challenges from client-driven demand
