1. Manages company's IT infrastructure projects, data security, onsite support activities and new account projects.

2. Collaborate with Operations team, Global IT team and system vendor to identify clients' requirements and priority, and the gaps to meet client's requirement; communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver systems deployment and solution to meet clients’ expectation;

3. Help operations teams find right tools/technical products to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.

4. Liaise and cooperate with internal and external stakeholders (Telecompany, Operations team, IT team from HQ as well as vendors) to successfully launch project, ensuring on time delivery of new project requirements.

7. Reactive to the requests and demands of internal users to ensure real-time operation success.

8. Be the escalation point for any 1st line IT activities that require attention and stepping in for the local operations where necessary.
