The Role 

As a product management team lead for Sygna, the Senior Product Manager will focus on creating software solutions for industry players to comply with global anti-money-laundering regulations.

 

The Product Manager will mostly focus on the product development of Sygna and act as the product owner of the product. By providing new product insights and ideas that drive the growth of one of the most promising crypto startups in the world, the Senior Product Manager can seize exciting opportunities to participate in a fast-changing industry and company which will define the market trends for the upcoming decades just like the internet did in the 90s.

Responsibilities

-         Act as the product owner of Sygna crafting product strategies, planning business models and designing product roadmaps

-         Lead the Sygna product team with technical and marketing product managers to deliver value propositions

-         Be responsible for Sygna-related product planning, product positioning, review and implement new products

-         Be in charge of product’s user feedback, product competition analysis, market landscape research and maintaining the product's competitive advantage

-         Manage cross-functional and cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure product quality and progress, and the completion of product milestones

-         Support related business needs and achieve business goals with internal and external partners

-         Have a user-focused mindset to understand users’ needs and pain points to develop requirements and product solutions through rigorous analysis 

-         Manage product development processes including managing backlogs, prioritizing user stories and tasks in sprints and writing user stories and tasks effectively

-         Manage and review demand priorities, master the planification and coordination of the development progress to ensure a good product landing

-         Focus on product operations data and drive product line business results

Requirements

-         3+ years working experience with Internet or software products, has experience designing products and handling complicated business independently

-         Fast learner and persevering with good collaboration and communication abilities

-         Fundamental and advanced understanding of software development, equipped with the ability to execute product development related tasks

-         Have analytical data mindset and skills to work with analysts to set product performance metrics and optimize them through a data driven approach

-         Be passionate about product development and new technologies

-         Strong logical thinking abilities and excellent command of spoken and written English 

Extra plus

-         Demonstrated knowledge in the B2B business or compliance solutions

-         Understand the technical details about how blockchain works

-         With experience programming and actually seeing a product to its completion

-         Highly organized and calendar-driven

-         Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills
