The Role

As a part of the Sygna product management team, the Technical Product Manager’s primary responsibility is to educate potential and existing clients on product technical details, bring user feedback to the product management team for optimization purposes and lead the integration plan to complete the process.
At the client engaging phase, the Technical Product Manager will deeply participate in BD manager’s pitching and selling process and have massive client facing experiences to explain the product related technical questions and demonstrate the use of the product. At the client integration phase, the PM will be responsible for planning the integration plans and schedules for clients and actively evaluate internal technical resources to improvise to different situations.

Responsibilities

  • Help demonstrate the product in technical details during the client-engaging process with the sales team.
  • Drive the technical integrations until clients go live with our services.
  • Take ownership of and filter customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution for better company internal resources allocation.
  • Work with engineers and product managers when it’s required to make sure the client has full tech support.
  • Support related business needs and achieve business goals with internal and external partners
  • Have a user-focused mindset to understand users needs and pain points to develop requirements and product solutions through rigorous analysis

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success in software products, has experience in client-facing sales processes and helping clients resolve technical issues.
  • Strong logical thinking abilities and excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong written communication capacity and interpersonal skills: be able to build and manage strong relationships with their team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners.
  • Fast learner: be able to learn and understand crypto space and product offerings fast and integrate the internal resources.
  • Data-focused: Able to roll up your sleeves to pull and analyze the data and gain insights from the data.

Extra skills

  • Understanding of the technical details about blockchain.
  • Experience in developing, integrating, or operating a SaaS product.
  • Highly organized and calendar-driven
  • Fluent in English, plus one of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean
