1.Execute software development from project beginning to end.
2.Develops system electrical architectural schematics, wiring diagrams, performs systems integration and validation for development and production batteries.
3.Responsible for release, design, and implementation of high voltage BMS and including integration of novel sensing technology
4.Specifies components (connectors, contactors, housings, wiring, etc.) and ensures products meet internal and customer requirements.
5.Owner of electrical systems component drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs), and electrical system DFMEA’s.
6.Develop/integrate CAD drawings into SolidWorks of BMS and associated hardware
7.Evaluates supplier specifications & validation data to ensure selection of the proper suppliers.
8.Develops electrical system DVP&Rs for integration into or support of overall ABS system DVP&Rs.
9.Supports all prototype system builds ensuring parts are on time.
10. Leads Root Cause and Failure Analysis activities for electrical systems.
