Vaak is looking for the Client Servicing Executive for bridging the relationship between the company and its clients. Handling all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner to achieve the goals of the organization and become a successful Client servicing professional.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Monitor and measure client satisfaction.

2. Participate in marketing campaigns.

3. Coach and support team members to help them meet the departmental goals.

4. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients by carrying out frequent feedback cycles.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or an industry-related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience working as a client servicing executive.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

4. Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

5. The ability to work efficiently under pressure.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Effective communication skills.

9. Exceptional customer service skills.

10. Knowledge of the video industry is desirable.
