Vaak Creatives is looking for the Junior Marketing Manager who is responsible for the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive website traffic, generate quality leads, using a full range of direct and online marketing channels. The junior marketing manager supports the marketing managers in all aspects of the marketing plan execution.

 The ideal candidate will be innovative, organized, up to date on the latest online platforms, be social media savvy, have strong communication skills, be detail orientated, and ambitious.

 The Junior Marketing Manager reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works closely with all departments including production, Client service, operations, and sales teams.

 Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with Marketing Managers to implement an integrated marketing strategy for the Video projects.
2. Contribute information and ideas to the strategy process.
3. Analysis of existing database.
4. Manages and reports on delivery against plan and objectives.
5. Setting up and fulfillment of media deals with external organizations to ensure maximum exposure at the lowest cost to show budget.
6. Coordination of design and production of marketing collateral, including sales brochures, web banners/emails, etc.
7. Setting up e-mail campaigns and execution.
8. Updating and adhering to the agreed marketing budget. 
9. Monitors and reports on project activities.
10. Participates in the review of marketing activities using measurement data.
11. Providing KPI reports for weekly meetings.  

 

Qualifications:

1. Candidates having industry experience will be given preference.
2. Marketing Degree / Diploma.
3. 1-3 years of work experience in a marketing-related position.
4. A goal-oriented person.

5.      Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

1. Ability to use data analytic and presentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
