Embedded Engineer - Ackcio｜Meet.jobs

We are looking for an motivated Embedded Engineer who has years of experience in embedded development. All Ackcio products have embedded firmware at their core and capabilities of this software play a key role in the appeal and usefulness of our products to customers. You would be responsible for timely execution of features and releases. We expect you to be engineering innovative capabilities to our product and ensure integration of our system with external partners from ideation to execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Understand Ackcio’s product requirement in detail and build a development roadmap.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders and team members in obtaining a deep understanding of the third-party integrations that are to be done.
• Ensure that the embedded design is optimized for the IoT constraints
• of energy, memory, and processing capabilities.
• Design automated test procedures and documentation for code and API.

Qualification Required

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in embedded engineering
• Experience collaborating with a diverse team of electronics and embedded engineers to end-to-end solutions
• Comfortable with hands-on testing of embedded hardware, use of JTAG debuggers, oscilloscopes, serial data analyzers etc.
• Good understanding of embedded memory management (ROM, RAM, Flash)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver, able to handle stress with a positive attitude
• Flexible without 9 to 5 mentality

• Jira, Aha
• Sphinx or equivalent for code and API documentation Development workflow
• Github and flow for workflow demands
• Linting CI / CD
• Gitlab, Jenkins, or equivalent Languages
• C/C++, Python Operating Systems
• Contiki, FreeRTOS, TinyOS, Linux Device Protocols
• UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, RS232, SDI-12, MODBUS, etc. IoT Technology
• Wireless: LoRa, DigiMesh, BLE, etc.
• Application: COAP, MQTT, etc.
