    About the role:

    The Network Partnership Manager will be in charge of developing our regional network of financial partners, cultivating their relationships at all levels of the payments and financial services ecosystem, and driving end-to-end commercial negotiations. This position will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing financial networks and strategic initiatives that enable Aspire’s product and payments ecosystem, and ultimately deliver new capabilities to Aspire’s customers.

     

    What will you be doing? 

    • Lead network expansion with strategic payments and ecosystem partners
    • Identify and assess regional financial network partnership opportunities, making recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership team 
    • Informing the product roadmap based on financial network health, innovation, and financial network partner needs 
    • Driving thought leadership and innovation solutions with our financial network partners and bringing new innovations to market 
    • Partner effectively with key leaders in Aspire, including our Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams
    • Work closely with Compliance to provide practical, day-to-day guidance to partners on a wide range of compliance matters related to payments and financial regulation, ensuring partners comply with regulatory policies 
    • Continually optimize the APAC financial network to drive velocity, utilization and operational excellence

     

    We would love to get to know you if you have the following: 

    • 5+ years of partnerships experience working at or with financial institutions / banking partners.
    • A proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, with significant internal and external dependencies, leading and driving cross-functional projects.
    • A proven track record of partnering with external stakeholders to successfully identify and execute on growth opportunities.
    • Deep executive relationships with key potential stakeholders/partners in the payment ecosystem (banks, payment methods, regulators, etc.) in the region.
    • Ability to independently drive commercial negotiations to completion and identity blockers and potential tradeoffs.
