Position Impact

As Gogoro Software Product Manager, you will document the business requirements necessary to address customer and Gogoro Business Units needs and or issues and deliver the requirements through the software product lifecycle. You’ll get involved in understanding the internal/external client requirements, work closely with engineering team to translate those requirements into product features and be at the forefront of innovation and learn from the very best in the market, as we aggressively drive our product and technology roadmaps forward to continue to provide a world class solution for organizations within the market. Most of all, you can inspire a team to do great things.

 

Responsibility and Expectation

1. Facilitate the strategic decisions about technology, definition, implementation and releasable deliverables for projects and initiatives.

2. Define clear problem and market opportunity statements that lead to product features and capabilities with strong emphasis on delivering measurable customer usability, productivity benefits, and business value as per our company strategy.

3. Facilitate, along with software developer team Leads, to analyze and challenge product requirements and feature functionality against product technology capabilities in order to discover, plan and mitigate project risk.

4. Effective prioritization of features that align with the best possible user and company value.

5. Provide strong leadership in the execution of projects that involve cross-functional and cross-business teams.

 

Qualification

1. 2+ years experience in a software-related role developing successful consumer products

2. Demonstrated ability to form a vision and lead cross-functional team members toward a goal

3. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and take responsibility to manage projects and deliver on required tasks with a minimal amount of guidance

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentational skills in English.

5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas.
