Requirements
1. Horizontal regional integration of front line competition and contributing the information to internal for road map discussion
2. Need to do well communication with sales about BU clear strategy, product story, product value proposition, and key competitors
3. Monthly monitor worldwide annual target including volume, GP%, and profit, and sync up with sales team
4. Co-work with marketing team to plan marketing strategy and activities to raise brand position and preference
