As Medical Departure’s Sales Director you are responsible for finding and signing contracts with new dental & medical clinics in Southeast Asia. You job is to manage a team of 10X sales managers across Southeast Asia and Latin America selling medical & dental clinics on the value of partnering with Medical Departures Inc. We’re looking for a maverick self-starter who understands the sales process, how to sell innovation, drive deals forward and compress decision cycles.
Responsibilities:
Support Medical Departure’s goal to sign the largest number of high quality doctors, dentists & clinics in Southeast Asia.
Meeting with key stakeholders hospitals, clinics, doctors, dentists
Meeting/exceeding activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
Creating value for customers and utilizing a solution approach to selling
Ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers
Prioritizing opportunities and applying appropriate resources
Prospect for medical & dental providers in Asia via phone, e-mail and on-site clinic meetings.
Negotiate contract terms with Asian medical/dental providers.
Work to have medical contracts signed quickly and efficiently.
Aggressively pursue the gathering of medical provider content (photos, prices, reviews).
Weekly tracking and monitoring of sales funnel, conversions, and projections.
Organize and coordinate sales presentations to liaise with prospect dentists.
Hit aggressive clinic sign-up targets for the Asian dental & medical markets.
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports to measure and communicate the status of your performance.
Act as a liaison with Asian partner clinics, doctors & dentists
Job Requirements:
7 - 10+ years of sales experience
3 - 5+ years managing sales teams to hit aggressive sales targets
Experience managing multi-cultural teams across multiple geographies and time zones
Excellent English language skills: written & spoken
Excellent phone skills
Impeccable written communication skills
Experience tracking/maintaining a sales funnel & use or CRM/CMS systems
High level of technical savvy and ability to learn new programs/systems
Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment
Possible night and weekend availability
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time within Asia
Drivers license
Technical familiarity and knowledge of dental procedures & terminology (nice to have)
Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently
Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills
Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality

90,000 THB base salary per month
commission of $0-$5,000 USD per month
