System Analyst

Job description:

Responsible for researching, verifying problems and confirming project requirements and framework development system process content, so as to determine how to plan.

Collaborate with stakeholder to design solutions, and write requirements and system requirement specifications

Management system or improvement process requires continuous communication with team partners and customers.

To analysis and find the best solution of system/project issues

Develop standards, guidelines and specifications for development projects.

Assess and qualify system, functional or feature questions, issues and errors.

Ensure that system improvements are successfully implemented

Provide technical support to end user as required

Job Requirement:

Technical background

Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey information.

Familiar with Analysis Tool (Context diagram, Use Case diagram, Process Flow)

Documentation (System Guide, Solution Documentation, Requirement Specification)

Good to have

Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

English skill

Knowledge of API
