**About us**

We are a VC-backed, well-funded SaaS startup in Singapore, currently operating in stealth mode.

We are tackling the complex world of employee management. It's incredible how employee management processes in most organizations are still so manual and complicated as of 2021. Thousands of hours are spent on processing admin tasks and reconciling employee data across spreadsheets and different systems.

The world has changed; traditional employee management systems are not built for the future of work. Omni is taking on an ambitious mission to become the “operating system” of modern organizations. We are helping our customers automate administrative workflows and create the single source of truth of employee records.

**What we are looking for**

We are looking for a founding member of our product design team who will be in charge of defining and designing our core product. You will work closely with the Founders, the Product Lead, and developers in building and shaping a product that users love and can rely on.

To succeed in this role you will need to be a self-starter, think in solutions and not problems, be a team player, and have a “can do” attitude. You will be required to demonstrate strong product design fluency in UI, UX, visuals, and user research.

This role will be challenging, but extremely rewarding -- you will have outsized ownership and impact on our product direction and you will be putting in the foundations of our design systems in place. **Responsibilities**

> Lead the overall product design and contribute to the direction for the entire company
> Design products that deliver consistently delightful user experience, with a strong emphasis on ease of use
> Work across cross-functional teams to bring concepts from ideation to execution
> Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and detailed design specifications
> Develop customer empathy through user interviews and usability testing, and translate user needs into design decisions
> Iterate on multiple designs with rapid feedback loops
> Craft a culture of design excellence, potentially growing and leading a larger design team in the future

**Qualifications**

> 4+ years of design experience at a tech, product-driven company (SaaS / B2B is a plus)
> Excellent visual and interaction design skills
> Able to design simple and elegant solutions to complex problems
> Affinity for user empathy, user research and user-centric design
> Entrepreneurial, quick learner, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment
> Hold yourself to the highest standards of quality
> Knowledge of Javascript and Javascript frameworks is a plus
