【About the role】

We are seeking a Product Manager who will manage our next IoT product from product concept through product end of life. The Product Manager role will interface closely with product users to define product requirements by utilizing various requirement definition methods, including user validation, focus group & user interviews to finally drafting user stories and product requirement documents.

The ideal candidate needs to not only have experience with product requirement definition but also must be a super dog lover! Experience in UX and/or SCRUM methodology is a plus. S/he must be a creative thinker who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency and effectiveness. S/he must have leadership capabilities to help facilitate communications and efforts across multiple teams while delivering products that truly address user pain points.

【 What you'll do 】

• Strategize product roadmap with keen customer insights and strong customer-centric mindset by continuously validating customer requirements.
• Manage the product execution and act as SCRUM product owner to bring the best experiences to our users.
• Work closely with internal R&D teams & external partners to ensure products shipped meet customer expectations, product specifications and quality goals.
• Direct those involved in the design, validation, modification, and evaluation of all phases of a specific product or group of products from product definition through production and release (i.e. Product Lifecycle Management).
• Formulate and execute product long-term plans with cost/profit control.
• Promote use of new technologies and industry-leading trends to product management activities. 

【Who you are】

• 3+ years proven work experience in full cycle product management
• 1+ years experience in B2C industry, IoT product preferred
• Experience in Lean Startup and/or SCRUM methodology
