    About the Role

    We are looking for an account manager to manage relationships with our rapidly-growing customer base on Mobbin.

    For this role, you will take over our account management and customer success functions. You will be our first point-of-contact for our users and customers. Additionally, you will also take over our enterprise sales pipeline and help us grow our relationship with these large customers.

    Our team is small and agile, this gives us the affordability to quickly cast away processes that don't work and move on to other solutions that show potential. You will be able to experiment and learn together as you go. No ideas are off limits for discussion.

    Responsibilities

    • Current responsibilities
      • Build and own relationships with existing and incoming customers, including replying customer emails and queries
      • Understand, organize and communicate the needs of these customers internally — you will champion our customers
      • Take over and own our relationships with our enterprise customers
    • Potential future responsibilities
      • Define customer success service level objectives (SLOs)
      • Propose new or change to processes, tools, or ways of working
      • Seek new opportunities for growing our customers

    Requirements

    • Ability to empathize with our users — paying and non-paying
    • Ability to be tactful in communication, both externally and internally
    • Contributor who suggests ideas and improvements to current ways of working

    Preferred skills

    • Experience with SaaS sales
    • Familiarity with Stripe and the Stripe dashboard
    • Ability to scale and grow our account management and customer support operations whilst keeping the team lean
