    QA Wolf is headquartered in Seattle and is a remote-first team with team members around the US. We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as our first BDR hire.

    We are looking for an experienced software Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us accelerate customer acquisition and rapidly iterate on our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has a passion for selling a complex product to technical stakeholders, a solution-oriented mindset, and wants to help us build the foundational playbook for our sales strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research, prospect, cold call, and engage engineering and product leaders at small and mid-sized SaaS companies.
    • Work with Account Executive team to identify new opportunities.
    • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers within target accounts
    • Set qualified meetings for Account Executive team
    • Discovering new leads through internet research, social media monitoring/messaging, and by utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twitter, GIthub, and others
    • Managing prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting
    • Responding to inbound customer interest and developing these inquiries to schedule meetings
    • Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics (appointments set, qualified leads, new contacts, phone calls, and conversations)
    • Maintain and organize pipeline and activity record using our CRM (Apollo.io) and other automation platforms
    • Develop, test and iterate messaging to grab the attention of our target personas: SaaS and Ecommerce marketers, executives, product managers and founders

    While we prefer a candidate who has done 2+ years of tech sales before, we’re open to individuals who are entrepreneurial and excited about a career in modern sales. If you have familiarity with our target customers (Software Engineers and Software Product Managers) and/or the software QA industry, we encourage you to apply!

    • Tenacious drive to engage new potential customers and a consultative sales style that can convey the value of software for small businesses.
    • Collaborative work-style with the ability to communicate effectively with all types of internal stakeholders (founders, engineers, product managers, etc.).
    • Prior experience at early stage startups, particularly in developer tools.
    • Excited about working in a remote-first culture!
