    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • You will work cross-functionally to optimize growth marketing strategies and processes focusing on dYdX community growth and engagement. You will own, iterate, and prioritize strategies, including:
    • Drive marketing strategy and execution, including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, creative messaging, channels (organic, affiliates, paid, partnerships), and budgets
    • Draft marketing collateral including blogposts and tweetstorm
    • Own the content management system and distribution process, and collaborate with a network of content contributors
    • Manage external communications through various channels such as Discord, Mailchimp, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Telegram
    • Develop and maintain relationships with leading media outlets
    • Generate, filter, and pursue leads and respond to inbound opportunities

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 2-5 years experience working in a growth marketing and/or community-facing role
    • Deep desire to work with and help users of dYdX
    • Knowledge of dYdX product and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to develop and ship a consistent pace of multi-channel content, and the ability to manage the content distribution infrastructure as needed
    • Execution-oriented and self-driven
    • Project management, time management, and ability to multitask
