RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will manage dYdX Trading’s operations and workflows, including:

  • Set up and manage accounting, payroll, and payment infrastructure
  • Oversee the ongoing processing and tracking of financial and payment workflows
  • Support overall financial and payment needs across the team including reporting
  • Managing standardized communication to partners

• Build and implement operational processes that deliver scalable solutions

• Drive high priority, cross-functional projects across marketing, community-management, customer support, and product

• Develop and maintain project management trackers and rallying cross-functional teams through full execution of initiatives

• Analyze KPIs, trends, and operational metrics to inform improvement strategy

• Optimize processes for community-management, customer support, and CRM

• Develop analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Metabase to define and measure operating metrics

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1-5 years experience working in an Ops / Finance environment (startup operations and FP&A roles are examples of good backgrounds)
• Basic knowledge of financial planning, accounting, and high-throughput company operations
• A “get it done” attitude – bias toward action, great collaboration and master disambiguation – constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
• Execution and detail oriented with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get things done
• Communicate effectively and in a structured manner across all mediums
• Project management, time management, and ability to multitask
• Desire and passion to go deep in crypto and DeFi (if no prior experience)
