| Your Responsibilities
Advisory solution engineers represent the best of Intowow. You are responsible for client satisfaction, client acquisition and retention, and for sustaining business growth from your accounts. Internally, you represent the clients, and are responsible for communicating client requirements and market opportunities to the product team to ensure ongoing value being generated for the clients.
Advisory solution engineers belong to our Client Success Team. We expect you to specialize in product knowledge, and excel in data analytic skills so that you are able to identify data insight easily, develop actionable items, and facilitate growth of both our clients and our product. As a consultant, we also expect you to be an expert in the ad tech industry, and be able to advise on complicated ad-ops/ad-tech problems for our global media partners.
Fluency in English is a basic requirement. We also expect our candidates to be familiar with the development of web application, which is essential to easily navigate technical issues during the important pre-sales & onboarding processes in our client acquisition cycle.
