An Operations Manager at Forkable is a generalist who helps with market strategy/planning while managing restaurant partnerships, driver ops, and clients. As we expand our presence in the US, there are a lot of growth opportunities available to take on.

This is a great opportunity to work with a stellar operations team and gain experience on the ground floor of a fast growing, tech startup.

Responsibilities

• Scale operations in multiple markets to meet demand
• Manage restaurant partners (e.g. initiating new partnership, maintaining relations with current partners, overseeing orders, troubleshooting, monitoring live-ops)
• Manage and coordinate with drivers
• Provide excellent client management
• Step up and be a go-getter to ensure Forkable is successful: whether that's working extra hard to complete a specialized project or daily operations, you're ready and willing to put in that extra effort to make the business successful.
