    The Role
    As Guide's first SDR, you'll be a part of our founding sales team that's shaping the go-to-market playbook for our company. This role is best suited for a creative SDR who's looking to join a team building from scratch as the next step in their career. Key responsibilities will include:

    • You'll own Guide's Outbound Engine, running experiments and reporting results to leadership
    • You'll analyze and research the market to identify new potential account who would benefit from using Guide
    • You'll generate demos with key strategic accounts using highly personlized, creative prospecting campaigns
    • You'll help qualify prospect accounts by learning about the prospect's current candidate experience, interview and employer brand practices
    • You'll design and test creative approaches to penetrating new markets and accounts

    • You're a story teller, self-starter, analytical thinker, team player and true competitor. You run towards challenges and personal growth.
    • You have excellent creative writing and verbal communication skills
    • You have a high standard of integrity and a strong work ethic, paired with suberb organizational and prioritization skills
    • You have a strong appetite for learning, receiving and adapting based on candid feedback
    • You have a proven track record of success cold-emailing, cold-calling and... other creative ways of breaking into accounts
    • You're a blooming SFDC expert (or eager to become one)
