    YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
    You will join our new CIC Health team and help support its mission of providing more accessible and frequent testing for COVID-19. Some work will be independent while other work will require collaboration with other members of the CIC Health staff.

    Your duties and responsibilities will include:
    Develop a product roadmap of capabilities that meet the needs of the customer
    Conduct discovery sessions with real customers to understand and validate their requirements
    Organize regular meetings with internal stakeholders to validate requirements and gain buy-in
    Work with developers and other technical resources to develop detailed requirements for specific features
    Evaluate and decide upon technical approaches and platform choices for the product
    Work with content developers and product marketing specialists to document product features and work on rollout plans
    Work with implementation, training and customer support teams to build a comprehensive and integrated customer journey

    Team collaboration skills in order to effectively coordinate activities.
    Communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide instructions on use and reports to team members and supervisors.
    Adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate rapidly evolving goals and conditions.

    YOU HAVE
    A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    At least 2-3 years of product management experience.
    At least 1-2 years in a cross-functional product role, including experience leading a team or large scale project(s).
    At least 1-2 years of experience working with senior management.
    Experience in the healthcare or public health industries preferred.
    The ability to work from your local CIC office as needed.
