ELSA is looking for an energetic and excellent leader to join as the Vietnam Country Manager. This person will champion the Vietnam market, drive user growth and represent local user insights. Key responsibilities
User adoption & Business development
Own the Vietnamese user KPIs (growth, retention, monetization)
Build the feedback loop from user insights to product
Initiate and execute direct B2C marketing plan, including but not limited to digital, direct marketing, forming communities and strategic partnerships
Manage expenses and budgets
Carry out ad hoc projects, as required by the headquarter
Build the local user adoption and community management team
Be the voice of ELSA in Vietnam!
Skills & Qualifications
Strategic marketing planning
Partnership and business development
Digital marketing savvy
Excellent execution skills, hungry for growth and challenges, not afraid of being on board into a fast-paced environment
Unparalleled communications and teamwork skills
Experience with a distributed team working environment is a plus
BA/BS from a top university, MBA/Higher degree is a plus but not required
