PrimeXBT is a rapidly growing Bitcoin leverage trading platform, offering access to over 30+ assets including Crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, EOS), Forex, Metals, Oil, Gas, and Indices from a single Bitcoin-settled account.

As affiliate manager you will be required to:

• Implement, manage, optimize and grow an affiliate/partnership program (including online media, influencers, blogs, loyalty partners, mobile commerce and other types of affiliates)
• Develop affiliate marketing program that is strategic, competitive and flexible for the region
• Onboard new affiliates direct and through channels. Walk them through the process of getting started. Answer any questions they have about our product, program or payout process.
• Recruit new affiliates: Identify potential partners, reach out to them, and support from open to close
• Maintain regular communication with partners to keep them informed about product changes, promotions, resources. Build relationships to maximize growth opportunities for both sides.
• Analyze and track profitability of affiliate campaigns and tweak to achieve better efficiency
• Collaborate with our design team to facilitate partners' requests for banners and other marketing creative
• Collaborate with our PR, social media, and digital marketing teams to make acquisition more efficient

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 Years of proven affiliate marketing experience, an advantage if this experience is in the Gaming or Financial sector
• Good organizational skills
• Technical knowledge for integration with affiliates
• Strong Negotiation and business development skills
• Data analysis skills & ability to reach actionable conclusions
• A good communicator and team worker
• Interest in Finance, Trading and Technology
• Familiarity with various affiliate marketing platform solutions an advantage Fluent in English +1 language is a must
