    Description of the role

    Based in our Rugby offices, you will be joining a friendly specialist development team and be responsible for client implementations from initiation through to implementation. You will report directly to the Lead Product Owner. The role will suit an existing Product Owner, Business Analyst or Client Implementation Specialist who wants to progress their career.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with the sales team during the sales process to investigate initial customer requirements and to help define statements of work
    • Work with account managers to understand requirements and expectations following on from sales
    • Work with the account manager and customer to ascertain implementation needs from initiation to implementation
    • Complete run throughs and demos with the customers highlighting how the data has been loaded into the system and the systems capabilities
    • Prioritisation of customer implementations and support requirements
    • Documenting of stories and acceptance criteria for the Scrum Team
    • Knowledge transfer to software developers
    • User Acceptance Testing
    • Maintaining of a delivery roadmap for implementations
    • Management of Implementation Risk and Issue Logs

    Required Attributes

    Essential

    • Analytical thinker, able to review and understand business and data problems
    • Ability to identify gaps required for implementation and retrieve relevant information to enable progress
    • Ability to communicate requirements to a large range of stakeholders including development, customer and executives
    • Ability to communicate process and change requirements in different ways
    • Experience of process mapping, data flows, software and implementation run throughs
    • Keen investigator who wants to know the why and to understand the problems faced by customers
    • Keen learner able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
    • Experience of working in agile environments
    • Interested in understanding implementations and database structures
    • 2+ years' of industry relevant experience
    • Permission to work in the UK, by the start of employment

    Desirable

    • Broad and extensive knowledge of the software development process
    • Knowledge of cloud based and serverless architectures
    • Full UK driving licence
