    We’re a small, tight-knit team on the leading edge of Kubernetes adoption and optimization seeking an accomplished Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help us meet our ambitious user growth goals. Reporting to the Founding Partner and working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate leads and drive pipeline revenue. Ideal candidates should be comfortable with experimentation and ambiguity, take decisive action rooted in data and analytics, and enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. ​​

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Define a strategy and repeatable playbook for demand and lead generation, maintaining a consistent and growing pipeline of leads
    • Focus on conversion optimization strategies, leveraging best practices and constantly testing ways to improve conversion rates
    • Develop and experiment with mechanisms for optimizing our revenue funnel (paid search strategy, free trials, lead management, etc)
    • Collaborate with Marketing to drive content marketing strategies, providing insight on performance and highlighting areas of opportunity
    • Track and report results and analytics to team and support leadership decision-making
    • Establish a culture of testing and optimization while driving long-term strategy
    • Work with product team to stay abreast of and communicate product updates

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • Demonstrated ability to run a data-driven customer acquisition strategy, including implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that exceed target goals
    • Experience communicating to a technical audience (developers/SREs/DevOps)—open source experience a plus
    • 5+ years of experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns across search engine optimization/search engine marketing (SEO/SEM), email marketing, lead nurturing, content distribution, trade shows, etc. (ideally at a B2B software company)
    • Rigorous framework for testing and scaling campaigns, with flexibility to intelligently break the rules and think creatively
    • Process for staying up-to-date on product updates and industry trends
    • Track record of success leading demand generation programs and the ability to speak to their results
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a high degree of accountability
