    We are looking for a
    Software Developer C# (m/f/d)
    (fulltime) permanent contract, located in Berlin / Remote

    to build the next generation fintech.

    Join us as a Software Developer C# (m/f/d) and help us to solve tough problems of our users - consumer and merchant problems - in ways that users love yet contribute to our business. Our product team is cross-functional, comprising alongside product managers, experience designers, data analysts and engineers.

     

    Your key responsibilities:

    Your focus - it's your choice:

    • Plugin and Platforms: you build fantastic checkout experiences, connecting merchant and partner systems using the most renowned platforms. You make it as easy to integrate as a singular payment option for our merchants, while ensuring a great consumer experience.
    • Consumer Authentication & Signing: you create seamless, conversion friendly experiences for the users to securely identify themselves or sign documents. You bolster our AfterPay identity solution for merchants - to protect themselves and us from fraudulent behavior, while making the signing process digital and fast across all of Europe.
    • Direct Debit: you create seamless, conversion friendly experiences for the users to pay their open balances using the SEPA rails.

    Additionally:

    • You will be working in an agile cross functional product development team
    • Designing, developing and testing software applications and workflows
    • Analyzing business requirements and documenting the systems you create
    • Participating in the architectural design efforts
    • Identifying issues, suggesting improvements to existing and new features, presenting and sharing ideas for solutions
    • Seeking, evaluating and recommending new technologies and concepts
     

    Profil

    • You are highly skilled with C#, ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core
    • You have database Skills (NoSQL)
    • You have knowledge in TFS, Git, JIRA, Microservices, Mocks
    • A thorough knowledge of digital or e-commerce, experience with payments is a plus (for focus on Direct Debit only: knowledge of SEPA rails is a plus)
    • Agile thinker with a good understanding of modern software development and deliver
    • You have fluent English skills because you work in a crossfunctional and international team, German language proficiencies is an added bonus
