    You want to participate in our exciting journey in a challenging and fast moving growth environment?

    As BI Data Analyst for Connected Network, you work in close collaboration with our Planning, Controlling and Analytics teams to develop user centric reporting solutions (MicroStrategy) and to manage and maintain efficient and secure interfaces to our comprehensive data pool.

    • As part of a small team, you will be at the heart of where the reporting solutions for our Business Unit are developed
    • You understand business requirements and provide focused and on the point dashboard solutions and visualizations
    • You drive our Business Unit-reporting to the next level, by developing and supporting a holistic and modular approach, ready to expand
    • You develop our data pool and define system requirements in collaboration with other BI-stakeholders
    • You work closely with Analytics, Controlling and Data management teams in and beyond our Business Unit
    • You advice, train and support departments in the use of MicroStrategy
     

    We'd love to meet you if...

    • A minimum 2-3 years of work experience in BI environment, with sound knowledge on report/dashboard development with MicroStrategy or similar tools
    • Degree (Bachelor, Master) in computer science, mathematics, statistics, engineering or another similar field
    • You feel comfortable at the edge of engineering, have the ability to deep dive into data sources and can easily team up with our engineers when their support is needed
    • You have profound knowledge on relational databases, data warehouse solutions, data modeling and data querying with SQL or similar, experience with Python or R is a plus
    • Ideally you have already worked in a complex fulfillment/ logistics environment and are familiar with relevant data fields and KPIs
    • You are able to drive projects autonomously, keeping tight deadlines and managing multiple stakeholders.

    • Your have excellent communication skills in English to work in our truly international team
