We are currently hiring a Head of Learning and Development (L&D) to lead the learning, development and internal communication function with the aim of improving the employee experience, identifying skill gaps among employees and creating plans to bridge these gaps so that organization objectives are met. The Head of L&D will deliver a world-class L&D service which provides thought-leadership and cutting-edge learning tools and solutions.
- Helping the company meet its objective by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
- Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to L&D.
- Support the further development of our company principles.
- Conduct organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
- Create a future-focused and effective lead leadership development programs .
- Strategy: The Head of Learning and Development plays a lead strategic role, overseeing the creation of content, e-learning, collateral and other training materials.
- Collaborates within the HR functions and the business units to improve employee experience from attracting, onboarding and employee development.
- Analytics: conduct current and ongoing strategic assessment of business-wide training and development programs and initiatives, create of testing and evaluation processes of the effectiveness of training programs.
- Measure program delivery quality, which ensures continuous improvement, maintenance, and adjustment in program delivery approaches.
- Internal communication: develop a range of communication delivery channels to most effectively deliver messages to different audiences and create a framework of clear and effective employee communication.
- Lead & support talent and succession management process.
