RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Customer Data Steward (m/f/d) to join our team Agricultural Solutions who will be committed to improve data processes and structures for a desired future state by developing and supporting new data processes in MDM, CRM, CSP and others, creating data validation rules, leading cleansing efforts, and supporting migration testing. After implementation the role is being committed in continuously improving data quality by implementing and executing Data Governance processes for the Customer Data Domain.
- In this role, you are responsible for maintenance of data as well as metadata and manage it according to data quality, compliance, and data privacy standards.
- You govern and facilitate data sharing of those data by ensuring consent conformity and/or using techniques like data masking or anonymization.
- Moreover, you support in implementation of customer data handling solutions along the existing data landscape.
- You are a consulting expert for customer data sources, structures, hierarchies, and definitions.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for maintain Customer Master Data Management rules (MDM) and align them with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business rules as well as manage local dashboarding solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- degree (bachelor or master) in the quantitative field, ideally with experience in data analysis
- minimum of 3 years' experience in customer and/or sales management is a big advantage, incl. system experience (i.e., Salesforce, SAP, EDI) for B2B and B2C data practices
- demonstrated working experience with customer management systems or supporting sales and marketing tools with customer data structures
- expert in working with referential data and data catalogues and experienced in working with concepts for modeling relational databases
- understand data needs across the business and data science solutions o business fluent English and German in speech and writing
