Frontend Engineer (Mobile) - GM Labs｜Meet.jobs

We’re looking for a frontend mobile engineer to help build and maintain beautiful mobile interfaces with an eye toward performance.

Our technologies today are React Native and Typescript.

These are guidelines and not requirements. We are a small team and value hustle, scrappiness, and interest over most specific skills. If you feel under qualified but are excited about working at a small company and what we are building, please apply!

What success looks like

• The application is beautiful, accessible, and performant on both iOS and Android clients
• The application is a robust, well-tested system comprised of reusable components
• You work closely with product and design to rapidly iterate, experiment, and launch products and features
• You are an active participant in design and code reviews, team processes, and product decisions

You’re likely a great candidate if you have...

• 3+ years of professional experience as a React Native software developer
• Helped projects go from an idea to a real product in the hands of users
• You are passionate about mobile development, whether or not you have a Computer Science background
• Prior exposure working with design teams in user-facing applications
• An ability to understand and communicate effectively about tradeoffs in various designs and software architectures
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and a desire to work as part of a team committed to a common goal
• An understanding of the architecture of modern React Native applications an interest in modern best practices in web development
• Previous experience working with the web3 ecosystem or a growing interest in decentralized technologies
• Have the potential to grow into a leadership position as the team expands
• Have drive and ambition to lead the development of a brand new platform
