About the Role

• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks associated with the group:

• Assist in accounts payable & accounts receivable report generation

• Bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards

• Bank and Ledger Reconciliations

• Monthly Invoicing

• Monthly Closing

• Preparation of monthly payroll & CPF, disbursements, and bill payments

• Assist in preparation and compilation of tax and audit schedules

• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements (GST/WHT/CIT/... ), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal

• Assisting the growth business unit in merchant account related queries

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Reach out if this sounds like you

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent
• At least 1-year working experience in full set accounts
• Conscientious and familiar with data extraction and processing (taught OJT)
• Strong intention to grow into full-fledged finance professional reporting to Head of Finance and CFO
• Proficient with Cloud Accounting solutions like Quickbooks/Xero
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
