* has a good understanding of photography and using a DSLR camera
* can recognise the difference between an ordinary and a great portrait
* is Punctual
* is Highly efficient in managing their time
* is well organised and a quick learner
* can multitask
* is able to prioritise
* can follow instructions and be 'quick on their feet' when required
* is able to remain calm whilst working under pressure within strict time constraints and maintain good quality control
* is able to work unsupervised, and use their initiative to problem solve
* is someone who has a natural rapport with children and is able to be assertive when required whilst remaining respectful
* is confident in their ability to learn how to manage small and large groups of students from 4 to 17 years of age
* is a team player who has a critical eye for detail
* has a bubbly personality, is outgoing and enjoys being part of team
* can start immediately
We are NOT looking for someone who:
* struggles with early morning starts and long days
* is afraid of "getting their hands dirty"
* is an impatient person who can be easily irritated and get flustered under pressure
* is a reticent person who likes to work alone
