    Orum is looking for a strategic, results oriented Director of Revenue Operations to join our rapidly growing team! This person will partner with senior leaders across the entire Organization. You will be a “trusted advisor” and business partner, focused on business operational activities, strategic planning and sales optimization. This is a high impact and visibility role, with rapidly changing priorities. You will think strategically, arrive at a focused execution plan, and lead the plan to fruition.

    The ideal candidate has strong strategic and analytical thinking and will be reporting into top-line leadership. The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for growing, mentoring, and guiding a team of operations professionals, as well as developing a scalable and centralized strategy for future operational growth. This role will span all operational functions (sales, marketing, finance, product and partner) in an effort to drive efficiency and reduce overall cost to the business.

    • Orchestrate and implement all aspects of the Go-To-Market plan under the annual sales strategy planning cycle.
    • Own the revenue forecasting process, pipeline analysis, productivity metrics and monitoring; ARR management, Net Revenue Retention tracking.
    • Define key performance metrics and targets, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business, identify areas of weakness and present improvement recommendations to sales leadership.
    • Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units, and own weekly forecast calls.
    • Create executive-level presentations for both local and global leadership reviews; organize quarterly business reviews.
    • Own the operational rhythm of the business and drive the cadence into the Organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in scalable sales/business processes and deliver results.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills – able to manage upwards effectively and demonstrate confidence in presenting ideas with executive audiences.
    • Own the process, tooling and execution of variable compensation plans across all departments
    • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver sales and revenue retention forecast model

    Salary:

    $150,000 - $170,000; If you're selected, we'll make an offer within this range that matches the experience you're coming with. We respect your time and don't intend to waste it.

    Requirements

    • 6+ years of professional experience, ideally in sales operations/strategy role
    • 2+ years of experience in management
    • Solid functional understanding of Salesforce, Hubspot and various tools of the trade
    • Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience working across department
    • Experience working with financial models, commission plans, and deal-desk
    • Ability and willingness to “get hands dirty” and execute work with the team
    • MBA preferred, but not required
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex ideas/data into consumable insight
    • Solid understanding of the tech industry and the SaaS world and demonstrable knowledge and understanding of sales disciplines
