Senior Data / ETL Engineer - Acquco｜Meet.jobs

What you will do

• Work on building data oriented SaaS products that will cater to both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Work collaboratively cross team with other engineers to enhance our existing data pipelines.
• Monitor, observe and maintain our data pipelines for ensuring high availability and cost-effectiveness of our end-to-end systems with a strong focus on automation.

What skills and experience you will need

• 2+ years of experience in software development, especially in data orchestration.
• Comfortable in one or more programming languages, primarily Python.
• Experience with a workflow manager/scheduler like Airflow, Nomad, Prefect, Dagster etc.
• Familiarity with RDBMS like Postgres (or something equivalent) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB/Elasticsearch/Redis.
• Experience with queues and pipelines development including SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with application containerization using Docker
• Experience with web automation and scraping using Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright etc.
• What skills and experience are good to have
• Experience with distributed databases is a plus (sharding and replication).
• Knowledge of GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence for project management (or something equivalent).
• Knowledge and experience with big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop is a plus.
• Understanding of digital marketing terminology is a plus (Search Advertising like Amazon Ads)
