    What you will do

    • Support of all departments in quality issues and creation of synergies and support of the responsible functions in the efficient fulfillment of quality agreements and customer inquiries.
    • Participation and professional guidance in the planning and implementation of the company-specific quality policy, quality goals and quality concepts as well as communication of the quality principles to promote quality awareness in the company
    • Control of the application of Q methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D, etc.) according to customer and tesa-specific requirements as well as implementation of training measures for employees in tesa SE and the international quality officers.
    • Initiation and implementation of Quality Assurance projects with international relevance.
    • Responsibility for group-wide, harmonized and effective complaints management and, in the case of critical complaints, monitoring of system and product-related corrective and preventive measures.
    • Carrying out process analyzes and supporting the responsible departments in the further development of their processes, especially in the areas of Marketing & Sales, production and innovation.
    • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Assurance Manager.
     

    What you will need

    • Technical studies, preferably in the fields of industrial engineering, quality management, engineering sciences
    • Relevant production-related professional experience in the areas of quality management in a manufacturing company, ideally in the automotive supply industry
    • Relevant experience in the areas of development and production
    • Desirable certified auditor in ISO 90001 and IATF 16949
    • Knowledge of automotive-specific processes, methods and tools is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills as well as conceptual and process-oriented thinking
    • Ability to work in a team and experience in leading international teams
    • Customer orientation, ability to persuade and deal with conflicts, assertiveness and a sense of responsibility
    • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
    • 3 years leadership experience desirable
