    We’re looking for an experienced Senior strategic analyst (f/m/d) who wants to join us in our mission of helping people find the jobs they love.  

    The successful candidate will collaborate closely with product directors analysing how different initiatives contribute to our core OKRs and product strategy.  

    We’re looking for a senior strategic data analyst with strong data manipulation and visualization skills, able to summarise analysis and make recommendations in a clear and concise and structured manner for decision-makers. 

     

    Your Tasks

    • Full ownership and development product strategy dashboards. 

    • Summarize findings and make recommendations based on the analysis 

    • To provide ad-hoc support to product directors, head of strategy, CPO and other c-level stakeholders.  

    • Identify and understand the relevant changes in metrics. 

    • You will ensure insights drawn from analytics are accurate, understandable, and actionable. 

    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders & manage own workload in response to their needs. 

    • Opportunity to travel around our offices in Europe: Dusseldorf, Warsaw, Ireland, and Brussels (once things are back to normal!)  

     

    What you bring with you

    • Expert in any data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, …) 

    • Strong hands-on experience SQL, Redshift, BigQuery.  

    • Familiarised with Adobe analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics 

    • Python / R is nice to have but not required.  

    • Familiarised with A/B testing / statistics but hands-on experience isn’t required.  

    • Educated to degree level or similar, preferably in a numerical field and/or statistical background.  

    • Persuasive communicator, able to make clear recommendations for action. 

    • Ability to keep pace with a dynamic, constantly evolving product road map with many moving parts. 

    • Lateral thinking and ability to synthesize data points from different sources into a single story.
