We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated business development manager to join our growing charity partnerships team.

We have some pretty big plans over the next few years, and this role is a unique opportunity to join our rapidly developing partnerships team and have a direct impact on Safewill’s success.

• Build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against to meet our goals.
• Take ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating our product, negotiation and partnering with some of the most impactful charities in Australia.
• Build relationships with your prospects to understand their needs and pains.
• Ensure that every touchpoint with customers meets the highest standard.
• Guarantee a strong pipeline and accurate revenue forecasting.

• Identify growth opportunities based on client feedback and contribute your ideas to help shape the future of the business.
• Identify new solutions to enhance our current processes.
• Champion the voice of the client by upholding what is important to them and helping to make sure client feedback is heard across the business.

• Work with the technical development, marketing and customer success teams to ensure the business strategy is geared towards partnership growth.
• Automate processes within the current flow to increase meetings booked and internal service capabilities.
• Build and scale the partnership team to meet the business’s development.

• Experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
• the ability to tell compelling stories and engage an audience verbally and in writing
• A customer first attitude of patience, understanding and empathy to the role.

• Ability to grasp commercial structures and strategies to support the objectives of our company and our partners.

• Use core work tools in the role such as excel, google sheets and presentation software.
