In your role as Senior B2B Marketing/Communication Manager (m/f/d), you will have a direct impact on growing our revenue and making our platforms the place to be for our partner shops in 13 European countries. You define our B2B Marketing strategy and drive initiatives in close collaboration with our sales teams to acquire new and retain existing partners. You will be part of our Content & Social Marketing team and our first ambassador in regards to B2B communication. Our German platform ladenzeile.de will be your main focus.

You create B2B communication plans based on our business goals and the needs of our sales teams to acquire, retain, and maximize opportunities with our approximately 3000 partners all over Europe
You create content marketing initiatives to drive B2B demand or interest such as whitepapers, B2B related articles, thought leadership pieces, videos, social media posts, etc.
You keep track of the initiatives and make sure they are aligned with the budget and the timelines
You work closely with the CRM and Salesforce teams to coordinate emails and newsletters to partners
You cooperate with Design, Content, Brand, and other departments to ensure, that our B2B communication is aligned with our brand visual guidelines and tone of voice
You constantly interact with your external B2B stakeholders and engage them by creating events such as webinars
You establish KPI´s to measure the success of our B2B initiatives and optimize them if necessary
Relevant experience in B2B marketing, and even more importantly, a passion for B2B topics, especially in the e-commerce or retail industry
An analytical mindset and the ability to make data-based decisions
Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders (paid marketing, design, campaigns, sales, growth, and content)
A proactive, solution-driven, and team-oriented personality
Native level German language skills and very good English language skills
